I’m Elise — a personal trainer who believes strength should support your real life, not compete with it.
I work with adults who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies without beating themselves up in the process. My approach is intentional, personalized, and grounded in respect for the body — especially when navigating past injuries, changing seasons of life, or long-term goals.
My background in chiropractic assisting, injury rehabilitation, and fundamental strength training for adults 60+ has deeply shaped how I coach. I prioritize joint health, movement quality, and long-term resilience, blending clinical insight with smart, sustainable strength programming so clients can train with confidence and clarity.
Elite Training with Elise was built on the belief that personal training should feel thoughtful and human. I offer high-touch, concierge-style coaching that meets clients where they are — whether that’s in their home, their gym, or a private training space — and adapts as life evolves. No templates. No intimidation. Just training designed around you.
My style blends strength, mobility, and progressive overload in a way that respects the body and supports consistency. Progress isn’t about pushing harder for the sake of it — it’s about building a foundation that lasts.
At its core, Elite Training with Elise is about building strength that supports real life — today and long term.
My Story
I didn’t come to personal training through extremes or quick fixes. I came to it through people — watching how bodies move, compensate, heal, and adapt over time.
For much of my life, I was overweight and not especially active. Exercise felt intimidating and disconnected from real life — until I found a personal trainer who completely changed my perspective. She didn’t just teach me how to move; she taught me how to care for my body. Through her, I learned that progress isn’t just physical — the mind, emotions, and body all matter if you want results that last.
That experience changed everything. It’s also the reason I became a personal trainer.
I still talk to that coach to this day, because even a coach needs a coach. She reminds me that support, accountability, and thoughtful guidance are just as important as discipline and effort.
Early in my career, I worked as a chiropractic assistant and alongside injury rehabilitation settings. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how often people train around pain instead of addressing it — and how rarely fitness considers what happens after an injury, a setback, or simply years of wear and tear.
At the same time, I spent years working with adults 60+, teaching fundamental strength and movement. I learned quickly that strength isn’t about intensity — it’s about intention. The right exercises, done well, can restore confidence, independence, and trust in the body.
Those experiences shaped how I coach today.
I believe the best training is intelligent, individualized, and respectful of the body. It adapts as life changes. It accounts for old injuries, busy schedules, stress, and real responsibilities — without lowering standards or expectations.
Elite Training with Elise was built to offer that kind of coaching. High-touch, concierge-style training that meets clients where they are — physically, mentally, and logistically — and helps them build strength that actually supports their lives.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs or pushing for the sake of pushing. I believe in long-term progress, consistency, and training that leaves you feeling capable — not depleted.
At its core, my work is about building strength that supports real life — today and long term.
